Why the Change?

Our previous rewards program recently faced technical challenges and rising costs that made it difficult to sustain. Instead of discontinuing it, we seized the opportunity to refine and rebuild it into something even better – for you and for us.

The Collector’s Circle is more cost-effective, robust, and packed with exciting new features to ensure we can keep rewarding your loyalty for years to come.

What’s New?

Here’s a glimpse of what makes The Collector’s Circle special:

Earn & Redeem Points:

• Get 125 points just for signing up to the program!
• Earn 1 Loyalty Point per £1 spent on purchases.
• Score bonus points for various activities.
• Redeem points for £5, £10, or £15 coupons.

Give Back with Your Points:

Now you can donate your points to support incredible causes, including:

• The TOY Project: Bringing the joy of toys to children in need.
• World Wildlife Fund (WWF): Protecting wildlife and the planet.

What About My Existing Points?

We’ve worked hard to ensure a smooth transition. While points from the old program couldn’t be recovered, we’ve added set points based on your previous loyalty tier:

• Novice: 125 points (£2.50 value)
• Expert: 250 points (£5 value)
• Master: 500 points (£10 value)
• Elite: 750 points (£15 value)

Any coupons created through the old program remain valid and ready for use! Plus, if you’ve made purchases since the beginning of November, points have already been added to your account, giving you a head start in The Collector’s Circle.
