Yes! Free shipping is available on UK orders:

  • Orders over £75 qualify for FREE standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48®)
  • Orders over £75 can upgrade to Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24®) for only £1.99

International shipping rates:

Pre-orders have a two-step payment process:

  • Most pre-orders require a 25% deposit to secure your item
  • Deposit is refundable until supplier confirms stock arrival

  • 48-hour window to complete the remaining 75% payment
  • Secure payment processing for both transactions

Yes! Under GDPR and UK data protection laws, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data:

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original tags and packaging

Our self-service returns process is simple:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return label provided through our returns portal
  • Cost will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Free returns for faulty items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items without original packaging

A pre-order is an advance reservation for an upcoming collectible:

  • Requires a 25% deposit for pre-orders orders with longer lead times
  • Balance payment due when supplier confirms stock arrival
  • Guarantees you'll receive the item upon release

  • Deposit is refundable until final invoice is sent
  • Remaining 75% balance due when stock arrives with our supplier
  • You'll receive an email to pay the balance before shipping
  • Orders are processed in the order deposits were received

  • Deposit is refundable until final invoice is sent
  • Once final invoice is issued, deposit becomes non-refundable
  • Final invoice is sent when stock arrives with our supplier
  • We'll always notify you before sending the final invoice
