- We ship worldwide, however, only shipping to Europe, the USA and certain other countries are calculated automatically at checkout.

- International shipping is calculated based on weight.
- International orders ship with Royal Mail or DHL Express, depending on weight.
- European shipping starts from £16.99
- US and Canada shipping starts from £22.99
- UK VAT is collected automatically for UK customers.
- Country-specific EU VAT and any due customs are also collected via the site for orders valued at 150 Euros or less, so EU customers will not have to pay via their local customs prior to delivery. Purchases above 150 Euros will incur local charges and we have no control over these.
- Customers from other countries will be responsible for any customs and taxes imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
At Simon's Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.
- Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Exclusions: Special orders, limited edition pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
How to Make a Return
- Initiate the Process: Click on 'Return' next to the relevant order on your account page.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item with all original packaging and include a copy of the receipt and Return Authorization Number.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has occurred during your order.
- Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and expedite the exchange or refund process.

We will often have items for pre-order and those items have special considerations. Please review this list before you make a pre-order.
- Pre-order items are charged either in full or by deposit at the time of purchase, not when we ship them out.
- If you have paid a deposit, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance prior to shipping.
- Having the item in your cart does not reserve the item - your order is not confirmed until check out is completed.
- If you need to cancel or change a Pre-Order, please email us as soon as possible before the ship date to ensure your order is updated in a timely fashion.
- Once shipped, changes to your order cannot be made.
- Ship dates are subject to change without notice. We will update the product page with any changes as they happen.
- If you purchased In-Stock items along with Pre-Order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. We will not split-ship your order.
