Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Simon's Collectibles (dollstoysngifts.co.uk), you confirm that you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1. Orders
   • All orders are subject to availability
   • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item
   • Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable
   • We reserve the right to refuse any order

2.2. Payment Methods

   • We accept payment via:
     - Credit/Debit Cards
     - PayPal
     - PayPal Credit
     - Klarna
   • All payments must be cleared before goods are dispatched

2.3. Pre-Orders

   • Pre-orders require a 25% deposit,
   • Initial deposit secures your item
   • Deposits are fully refundable until final invoice is sent
   • Final balance invoice is issued when our supplier confirms item arrival at their facility
   • The deposit becomes non-refundable once the final invoice has been sent
   • Final balance must be paid within 7 days of invoice
   • Failure to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of notification will result in order cancellation and deposit forfeiture
   
   • Pre-order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):
     - All pre-order ETAs are estimates provided by manufacturers/suppliers
     - ETAs are subject to change without notice
     - Simon's Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties
     - Delays can occur due to production issues, shipping delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control
     - No compensation will be provided for ETA delays
     - We will communicate any ETA updates as soon as we receive them from our suppliers
   
   • Pre-orders with In-Stock Items:
     - We strongly recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items
     - If combined, the entire order will only ship when all items are in stock
     - No partial shipments will be made
     - Combining orders may result in significant delays

2.4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

   • Inspection of Goods:
     - Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt
     - Any damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
     - Take photographs of any damage before opening sealed packaging
   
   • Manufacturing Faults:
     - Items with manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded
     - We may request photographs of the fault
     - Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Simon's Collectibles
     - Replacement subject to stock availability
   
   • Shipping Damage:
     - Document any external package damage before opening
     - Take photographs of damaged packaging and items
     - Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
     - Keep all original packaging for possible courier inspection
   
   • Resolution Process:
     - Contact us immediately via our website contact form
     - Include order number and clear photographs
     - We will provide return instructions if needed
     - Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
   
   • Exclusions:
     - Damage caused by customer mishandling
     - Normal wear and tear
     - Items that have been modified or altered
     - Damage occurring after item has been displayed or removed from original packaging

3. Pricing and Currency

3.1. All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
3.2. Prices may change without notice
3.3. Obvious pricing errors will be corrected, and customers notified

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. UK Delivery
   • Standard UK shipping (Tracked 48®): £4.99
   • Express UK shipping (Tracked 24®): £6.99
   • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75
   • Express Shipping is £1.99 on orders over £75
   • Delivery within 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping and 2-3 working daysfor Express Shipping

4.2. International Shipping
   • Weight-based pricing
   • Delivery within 7 working days
   • We do not ship to EU countries or Russia
   • Tracking provided on all orders

4.3. Customs and Import Duties
   • International orders may be subject to customs charges
   • All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer
   • We cannot predict these charges
   • Orders refused due to customs charges may incur return shipping costs

5. Returns Policy

5.1. Standard UK Returns
   • 30-day return window from delivery date
   • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
   • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5.2. International Returns
   • 14-day return window from delivery date
   • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
   • Customer is responsible for:
     - Return shipping costs
     - Ensuring proper customs documentation
     - Any customs fees or import duties on returned items
     - Using a tracked shipping service
   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
   • Items must be received in their original condition
   • International returns may take up to 21 days to process due to shipping times
   • We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return
   • Returns from EU countries and Russia are not accepted as we do not ship to these locations

5.3. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
   • Sale items
   • Clearance items
   • Items marked as "Final Sale"
   • Pre-order deposits after final invoice has been sent
   • Opened collectibles
   • Items with damaged packaging
   • Items showing signs of use

5.4. Return Process
   • Initiate returns through our self-service returns portal
   • Print return label (UK returns only)
   • Package item securely
   • Include all original packaging and accessories
   • Ship to provided return address
   • International customers must obtain their own return shipping label

5.5. Refunds
   • Processed within 10 days of receiving returned item (usually less)
   • Original payment method will be refunded
   • Shipping costs are not refunded
   • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
   • International refunds may be subject to currency conversion rates at time of processing

6. Referral Programme

6.1. Programme Overview
   • £5 reward for both referrer and referee
   • Rewards applied to next purchase
   • Must be used within 30 days
   • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers (excluding Welcome Offer)

6.2. Eligibility
   • Must have valid email address
   • New customers only for referee rewards
   • Minimum purchase requirements apply

7. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

7.1. Gift Cards
   • Gift cards are valid indefinitely 
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash
   • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
   • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
   • Gift cards can be used for both in-stock items and pre-orders
   • Any remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use
   • Gift cards cannot be resold

7.2. Promotional Codes
   • Only one promotional code can be used per order unless explicitly stated
   • Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
   • Common promotional codes include:
     - WELCOME5 (5% off first order only)
     - Birthday discount (10% off during birthday month)
   • Promotional codes:
     - Must be entered at checkout to be valid
     - Cannot be applied after an order is placed
     - Cannot be used on pre-order deposits
     - May have minimum spend requirements
     - May exclude certain products or brands
     - May have expiry dates
   • We reserve the right to:
     - Modify or cancel promotional codes at any time
     - Refuse promotional codes if we suspect abuse
     - Limit the number of times a code can be used
     - Cancel orders that violate promotional code terms

8. VIP Membership - The Collector's Circle

8.1. Membership Benefits
   • Points earning system (250 points = £5 off)
   • VIP access to exclusive releases
   • Early access to sales and promotions
   • Special member-only discounts

8.2. Terms
   • Membership benefits subject to change
   • Points cannot be exchanged for cash
   • Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
