Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• We ship worldwide. However, at the moment we do not ship to Russia.

• If your country does not appear on the list for shipping at checkout, please Contact Us for a shipping quote.

• International shipping is calculated based on weight and calculated at checkout

• International orders ship with Royal Mail or DHL Express, depending on weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• UK VAT is collected automatically for UK customers.

• Country-specific EU VAT and any due customs are also collected via the site on orders totalling less than 150 EUROS (before any VAT is added), so those EU customers will not have to pay via their local customs prior to delivery. Orders over this amount will not be eligible for prepaid VAT and will not incur any VAT charges at checkout. However, they may be liable for charges locally prior to delivery. 

• Customers from other countries will be responsible for any customs and taxes imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
