Born from the foam of the sea, Aphrodite wears a figure-hugging mermaid style dress with a thigh-high slit and deep V-neck, her incredible curves are accentuated by the feminine silhouette.

Doll is beautiful! I didn't like pulling the sticky double sided tape from her gown panels. Tape residue stained her gown. Why would the company do such a stupid thing on a $200 doll?

I wish JHD designed unique earrings and bangles just for the Aphrodite doll, and not implemented recycled jewellery pieces. The dress is ethereal & magic. Its got this lovely shimmer that's a nice call-back to the sea. It does need some "oomph" I think. Longer skirt, more train, more rhinestones etc. Off the shell base, she doesn't look as substantial as I'd have liked. Those are my qualms - she's still an absolute gem. Her face is divine and the doll is stunning to look at on the base. I'm glad I have her =)

I'm so thrilled about her she was definitely worth the long waiting , overall presantation on the box looks absolutely spectacular! Love the make up and the dress I would love some extra and more detailed jewelry but I could work on that on my own.
