Simon's Collectibles - Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Simon's Collectibles Referral Program ("Program") allows existing customers ("Referrers") to earn rewards by referring new customers ("Referees") to our store.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Referrers must:
   • Be existing customers of Simon's Collectibles
   • Have a valid email address
   • Be aged 18 or over
   • Have a UK shipping address

2.2. Referees must:
   • Be new customers who have not previously made a purchase from Simon's Collectibles
   • Use a unique email address not previously registered with our store
   • Be aged 18 or over
   • Have a UK shipping address

3. Reward Structure
3.1. Both the Referrer and Referee will receive a £5 discount on their next purchase
3.2. Rewards cannot be:
   • Exchanged for cash
   • Combined with other promotional offers
   • Applied to previous purchases
   • Applied to pre-order deposits
   • Transferred to other accounts

4. How to Participate
4.1. Referrers can share their unique referral link via:
   • Email
   • Social media
   • Direct messaging
4.2. Referees must:
   • Click through the unique referral link
   • Create a new account
   • Make a qualifying purchase

5. Qualifying Purchases
5.1. Minimum purchase requirements:
   • Orders must be £20 or more (excluding shipping)
   • Pre-orders are excluded from the referral program
   • Items marked as "Non-Discountable" are excluded

6. Reward Redemption
6.1. £5 rewards will be automatically applied at checkout
6.2. Rewards expire 30 days after issuance
6.3. One reward can be used per order
6.4. Rewards cannot be used towards shipping costs

7. Program Restrictions
7.1. Self-referrals are not permitted
7.2. Multiple accounts created to abuse the program are prohibited
7.3. Referral links cannot be posted on:
   • Coupon websites
   • Deal forums
   • Paid advertisements

8. Shipping Restrictions
8.1. No shipping to EU countries or Russia
8.2. Standard shipping policies apply to all orders

9. Program Modifications
9.1. Simon's Collectibles reserves the right to:
   • Modify or terminate the Program at any time
   • Revoke rewards if abuse is detected
   • Change reward values with notice
   • Adjust terms and conditions as needed

10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. All personal data collected through the Program will be:

   • Used solely for Program administration

11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
   • Creating multiple accounts

   • Spamming or unsolicited mass communication

   • Manipulating the referral system
